What account deletion covers
Account deletion removes account profile data, workout history, templates, programs, custom exercises, progression records, body stats, fitness-band connection data, sync data, and other user-generated training data associated with the account.
Local data on devices you no longer use may remain until the app is opened online, signed out, reset, or uninstalled from that device.
We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, tax, payment disputes, or audit purposes. Billing and subscription records may be retained for up to 7 years where required. Deletion request records may be retained for up to 180 days so we can prove that the request was handled.
Requests are normally completed within 30 days unless a longer retention period is legally required.
